Before reaching out, please ensure you have read the included .pdf manuals and watched the troubleshooting videos provided. These resources will resolve 99% of the problems you may encounter. However, if you still need assistance, feel free to email me directly and provide the following information;
- Operating System - what OS are you using?
- Cubase - what version of Cubase are you currently using?
- Template - what's the .cpr project name and version number?
- VST Sampler - which sampler are you using? (such as; Kontakt 6, Kontakt 7, OPUS, Spitfire Player etc..)
- Description - provide a short summary of the problem.
- (Optional) - included any screenshots of desktop capture videos that will be useful for support.
