After graduating from College with triple-grade distinctions in Music Technology, I started work recording, arranging and producing for local artists from my home studio. My ear for writing attracted collaborations with artists such as The Tunics, whom I would write arrangements for.

In 2011, I became the lead jingle writer for Stafford FM, responsible for the 'sound' of Stafford FM during the rebranding and relaunch of the station. I continued my musical endeavours, producing for local artists while playing lead guitar for bands performing at weddings and events.

After undergoing major surgery on my head and neck, I decided to do something different. I stopped producing for artists, performing and jingle writing to freely pursue my passions for music and technology.

My works can be heard across multiple mediums, from BluRays & DVDs to online videos, promotional trailers, games, podcasts and product trailers.

My journey has been extremely non-linear. I've experienced quite a few bumps in the road. Dyslexia, learning difficulties, health problems and a challenging past have provided me with a lot to process. But one thing that's always been linear is my passion to create. Be it music, photography, video or writing.

I started Poundsound to compile all my passions and experiences into one place to share with others and hopefully help them along the way. I know what it's like dealing with information overload. I try to produce content that's easy for people like me to digest and simple products to save time and frustration for others. 

What is the ultimate goal? I'm not interested in chasing status. I want to create stuff, share and explore ideas, and help others enjoy the process 🙂 - and also pay the bills...
